I’m Adriana (ah-dree-ahna), a full-time freelance writer based in New York. My work has appeared in BuzzFeed, The Everygirl, Food Network, Allrecipes, HGTV, EatingWell, Parade, and more.

Culture is the through-line of everything I write, whether I’m reviewing the latest food trend or recommending new hobbies to try. I also interview celebrities, recommend the best products to buy, and test viral recipes. In addition to writing, I’m also an experienced editor, previously managing teams of 50+ blog writers for Girls Who Code and Day of the Girl-US.

I hold a BA in English from Hunter College (CUNY). As a Mellon fellow at Hunter, I wrote an academic journal article about the representation of soul food in The Bluest Eye and its connection to the ‘Soul Era’ of the 1960s, later published by Harvard University. In 2024, I was part of The Nosher’s first-ever cohort of food writing fellows.
